This is one of the bridges across the Arno river that was not bombed out during WWII

We took a seven hour train trip to Firenze Italy for a mini two day get away. I wanted to see more art - we went to the Uffizi and were amazed. Here are a few photos of how I saw Firenze - I am not going to try to include statues or historical churches - you can look at that on line - this is my personal perspective.
